The 4th Gen Camaro and Firebird window motors WILL go bad at some point. The good news is that the motor itself isn't bad... just the thermal overload inside it. Here are some pics of me bypassing the thermal... just have to be careful you don't get your head stuck between the window and car because it won't stop as easily :)
